What s the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle Program?
The IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle program is a bespoke, benefit-based program designed for qualified travel agencies who specialise in luxury and lifestyle travel experiences. This rich program offers an exclusive suite of benefits to select partners and your clients, and the hand- selected portfolio brings together the best of IHG’s luxury and lifestyle brands including Regent® Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants and Hotel Indigo® offerings with currently 153 hotels and resorts worldwide.
From far-flung serene beaches to vibrant city centres in more than 85 destinations, the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle program is an opportunity to elevate your clients’ IHG® experience across the globe. For a minimum 2-night stay you will receive all of the following benefits:
- Complimentary daily breakfast for two at the hotel restaurant
- $100 value-added amenity (differs by hotel)
- Upgrade to next category upon arrival, if available
- Complimentary Wi-Fi for unlimited number of devices
- Guaranteed late check-out (until 4 PM)
- Handwritten, personalised welcome card
- Bottled water, fresh fruit and snacks in room upon arrival
- No walk policy
- Priority waitlist

Currently, IHG Luxury & Lifestyle benefits are available across 153 hotels from 5 different brands: Regent, InterContinental, Kimpton, Indigo and Principal in more tan 85 destinations worldwide.
All bookings that are made through the program will also honour your IHG Rewards Club status or InterContinental Ambassador membership and you can collect your normal points and nights for status upgrades and free stays.
The IHG Luxury & Lifestyle rate is always the same as the hotels flexible rate, which means that you receive all the benefits while paying the same price as you normally would for your booking with cancelation.
The only caveat to the program is that a 2-night minimum stay is required to receive the mentioned benefits. Some Regent, InterContinental and Kimpton hotels are also available through Virtuoso without a minimum night requirement.
