Hotel Byblos St. Tropez
Since its opening in 1967, Hotel Byblos Saint-Tropez has always been decidedly hip. An enclave of vibrant residences, the hotel is tucked away on a hill at the edge of town, making this as high- or low-key an escape as you wish. Guests wind their way around the resort to find dining and entertainment, including the Sisley spa; the famed Les Caves du Roy nightclub; the Cucina restaurant by Alain Ducasse; and the B., a casual dining area next to the waterfall-fed pool. Guestrooms are hidden away, and offer a personal touch in an exclusive atmosphere. In 2017, both Hotel Byblos and Les Caves du Roy celebrated their 50th anniversary.
